Your fee reflects the scope and complexity of your trip and compensates us for the research, expertise, itinerary design, coordination, and professional guidance that happen behind the scenes. Any applicable planning fee will always be discussed with you before we begin.

For most international trips, river cruises, expedition cruises, multigenerational vacations, and milestone celebrations, we recommend beginning six to twelve months in advance whenever possible. Highly sought-after destinations, suites, private guides, premium airfare, and holiday travel may require even more lead time. That doesn't mean we can't help with a trip that's closer. It simply means that planning early usually gives us more options-and when it comes to luxury travel, having the right options is often more important than having more of them.
